Refund policy
Last updated 1 August 2026. This policy applies when you have paid an invoice issued by Apieventstack. The website itself does not take payment.
Eligibility
Refunds are available only for programmes you have actually purchased via our invoice. Informational prices on this site do not create a purchase. Complimentary alumni events and free desk notes on the blog are not refundable because they are not sold.
The named attendee, or the billing contact on a company invoice, may request a refund. We may ask for the invoice number and the email used at enrolment.
Timeframe
For live cohorts (Instrument Lab, Revenue Desk, and scheduled labs): a full refund is available if we receive a written request at least seven full days before the first live session. Requests received after that cutoff follow the partial rules below.
For Field Notes (recorded access): a full refund is available within seven days of the access email, provided you have not downloaded the template pack. After download, Field Notes is non-refundable.
Full versus partial refund
If you cancel a live cohort fewer than seven days before session one but before session three begins, we refund 50% of the seat fee. After session three begins, the seat is non-refundable, because critique slots cannot be resold mid-cohort.
Company pair invoices are treated as two seats. You may cancel one seat under the same calendar rules; the remaining seat stays billed at the single-seat rate, not the pair rate.
Revenue Desk office-hour blocks that have not been used may be refunded at ฿4,000 per unused block if the live cohort portion is still eligible for a partial refund. Used office-hour blocks are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
Bank transfer fees, currency conversion costs, and taxes already remitted where we cannot recover them. On-site Min Buri morning sessions once the date has passed. Alumni channel access once granted. Replacement recordings after the 90-day student window. Any third-party tool licences you bought yourself.
Refund process
Email info@apieventstack.digital with the subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, and whether you want cancellation of the whole seat or a pair split. We confirm eligibility within five working days, Bangkok time. Approved refunds are processed within fifteen working days after confirmation.
Refund method
We return funds by the same channel used to pay the invoice (Thai bank transfer or the international transfer path printed on the invoice). We do not send cash or store credit. If your bank details have changed, say so in the request; extra delay is possible.
Processing time
Internal confirmation: up to five working days. Bank processing after we release funds: typically two to ten working days depending on your bank and corridor. International transfers may take longer. We will send a transfer reference when funds leave our account.
Cancellation by Apieventstack
If we cancel a cohort (for example, fewer than six confirmed seats), you receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort, or — if you choose — a transfer to the next dated cohort at no extra charge. We are not liable for travel booked to Min Buri.
Exceptions
If a live session platform fails for more than half of a scheduled evening and we cannot offer a makeup within fourteen days, we will refund a pro-rata amount for that evening or extend recordings. Illness documented after session three does not reopen a full refund; we may, at our discretion, offer Field Notes access for the same syllabus instead. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in removal from the alumni channel until the dispute is resolved.
