Legal
Terms of use
Last updated 1 August 2026. These terms apply to apieventstack.digital and to programmes offered by Apieventstack.
Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a seat.
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to paid programmes already invoiced will be communicated by email to the billing contact.
What this site is
apieventstack.digital describes educational programmes on revenue analytics for freemium apps. Prices are informational. The site does not process payments or complete checkout. Enrolment, if offered, happens offline by invoice after we accept your enquiry.
Content is for professional education. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Store policies change; you remain responsible for compliance with Apple, Google, and any other platform you ship on.
Enrolment and student conduct
A seat is personal unless we agree in writing that it is a company pair. You may not share live-session links or recordings outside the named attendees. Homework may describe your own product; do not upload secrets you are not allowed to share. We may remove someone from a cohort for harassment or for repeatedly disrupting critiques.
Intellectual property
Apieventstack owns the site design, lesson materials, templates, and recordings, except for third-party images or fonts used under their licences. We grant enrolled students a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use course materials for internal work at their employer or personal practice. You may not resell, publish, or teach from our materials as your own curriculum.
Event maps and dashboard contracts you create during homework remain yours. We may keep anonymised excerpts for teaching later cohorts unless you ask us not to in writing.
Acceptable use of the website
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, submit automated spam through forms, or impersonate another person. Enquiry forms are for human correspondence about programmes, refunds, or the studio.
Liability
Programmes are provided as educational services. We do not warrant that following a taxonomy or dashboard contract will increase revenue, reduce refunds, or satisfy an auditor. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Apieventstack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the site or the programmes.
Our aggregate liability arising from a paid programme is limited to the fees you actually paid for that programme in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is forbidden.
Third-party services
Live sessions may use third-party video tools. Alumni channels may use third-party chat tools. Their terms apply to those environments. We are not responsible for outages of those providers.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from programmes offered by Apieventstack, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
