Privacy notice

Last updated 1 August 2026. This notice explains how Apieventstack handles personal data collected through apieventstack.digital and through our programmes.

Data controller

The controller is Apieventstack, operating from Street: 25/14 Moo 4, Phraya Surain Rd., Min Buri; City: Min Buri; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10510; Country calling code: +66; Country: Thailand. Contact: info@apieventstack.digital and phone 66 0-2517-1798.

If you enrol through an employer, that employer may also act as an independent controller for its own HR records. This notice covers only Apieventstack.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, optional topic, and message. From enrolment (offline): billing name, invoice address, seat names, and payment references. From live sessions: attendance and homework submissions you choose to send. From the site: technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, plus cookie data described on Cookies.

We do not ask for identity-card numbers on the website. Do not paste secrets, customer personal data, or store credentials into homework or forms.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, to deliver programmes, to invoice, to keep alumni channel access accurate, to improve the site when analytics cookies are accepted, and to meet accounting and legal duties in Thailand. Legitimate interests include defending the studio against misuse of materials and keeping the alumni channel usable.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for 24 months after the last reply unless they become part of an enrolment file. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for at least five years to satisfy Thai accounting practice, and longer if a dispute is open. Session recordings are available to students for 90 days after a cohort closes and are deleted from student access thereafter; we may retain an internal teaching copy for up to 18 months. Analytics data, when collected, is kept in aggregate for 14 months. Cookie consent choices stored in your browser remain until you clear them.

Your rights

Subject to Thai personal data protection law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion where we no longer have a lawful basis to keep it, restriction of certain processing, and a copy of data you provided in a commonly used format. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the site’s stored choice and using the banner again, or by browser controls described on the cookies page.

To exercise rights, email info@apieventstack.digital with enough detail to identify you. We may need to verify the request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand or another competent authority if you believe we have mishandled your data.

International transfers

Our studio is in Thailand. Email, video, and chat providers may process data on servers outside Thailand, including in Singapore, the European Union, or the United States. Where we use such providers, we rely on contractual safeguards they offer and on the necessity of the transfer to deliver the service you requested (for example, joining a live session). If you cannot accept those transfers, do not enrol in a remote cohort.

Sharing

We share data with processors who host email, video, storage, and accounting tools, and with banks or payment counterparties when an invoice is paid offline. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by Thai law or to protect the studio, students, or the public from serious harm.

Children

Programmes are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 through this site.
